Change of Mind?
If you change your mind about an item, you may request an exchange or store credit, provided the item meets our return conditions outlined below.

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind, only for items deemed faulty or damaged after assessment.

  • To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • All returns must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

If an item does not meet our returns policy, it will not be accepted.

 

Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:

  • Be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • Be free from any marks, stains, or damage (e.g., makeup, deodorant, fake tan).

  • Have no scents (e.g., perfume, deodorant, washing liquids).

  • Be shipped back within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving your order. We may request photos and will require the item to be returned for assessment.

Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will only be issued once the item has been examined and confirmed as faulty. If we are not notified within 5 days of delivery, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
